To support the theme of creating debate at the outset of the Newborn and Child Survival campaign, Save the Children commissioned a global survey to poll a sample of the general public in a number of countries on their attitudes towards child survival and the perceived barriers that stop people from acting to stop these needless deaths.
The survey was conducted across 14 countries across the world – India, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, USA, Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan and China – with a sample size of 1000 in each of the mentioned countries.
